The planner book was just one of the many parts of this wellness and self-help program to provide a structure for people that feel they need more direction and control over their lives. To that end, and along with the other facets of the program (DVDs, CDs and a monthly magazine), the planner provides a year’s worth of metered goals and a scoring system to track one’s progress in meeting those goals. Not really my cup of tea, but if it helps some folks, I’m all for it! Besides… just look at it… Well organized, clean, pleasant to engage with… it certainly met both the client and my goals for a successful piece!
